The Street Kitchen is the brainchild of two friends grew up together and travelled the world. Experience in the world of international cuisine as well as fingers on the pulse of contemporary trends toward better food served in a more amenable style led to the creation of our beloved Chilli Hills Street Kitchen.

Работил в ресторанти в Малта както и в реномираният ресторант Tiddi Dolls в Mayfair, London. Абсолютен freak на азиатска кухня и люта храна. Кулинарните му пътувания из цял свят и дългогодишният му опит в организиране на събития го провокират да основе Chilli Hills Street Kitchen. is a marketing professional, gourmand and chilli aficionado. Founder of Chilli Hills Foods Ltd., Kool Events, Virus skateboards and many other local and international brands and projects, he has worked in restaurants in Malta and in the renowned restaurant Tiddi Dolls in Mayfair, London. An absolute fanatic of Asian cuisine and spicy food, his culinary journeys around the world and professional knowledge of organising events on behalf of international clients added to his passion for creating fine food led him to create the Chilli Hills Street Kitchen.

има 20 годишен стаж в професионалната кухня. Работил е в редица гурме ресторанти по света като водеща позиция в кариерата му е асистент готвач на небезизвестния мастершеф и водещ кулинарно предаване по BBC-Chef Patrick Williams в неговия ресторант-The Green, London. Други ресторанти са-The Sheakspiere (London), Cru, Opera, Escobar и др.. Жоро е бил личен готвач на звезди като Летисиа Каста в 30-дневните и снимки на "Острова", както и Стивън Боудуин при гостуването му на фестивала High Times. has over 20 years of experience in professional kitchens. He has worked in numerous gourmet restaurants around the world including highlights such as studying under host of TV Chef Patrick Williams at his acclaimed restaurant in The Green in London, England. Other establishments he has worked in include The Shakespeare (London), Cru, Opera, Escobar and many more. Joro has also worked as a personal location chef for Hollywood film stars Laetitia Casta and Steven Baldwin.
